ABOUT OUR AGENCYOur agency has proudly served the community for over 11 years, backed by more than 22 years of experience with State Farm. We’re a tight-knit team of four, plus myself, and we’ve built a culture rooted in teamwork, positivity, and genuine care for both our customers and each other.
We believe in working hard and celebrating often. We recognize birthdays, anniversaries, and holidays, and we love to mix in team-building events — this year, we spent opening day at the Kansas City Royals game! The office is stocked with beverages, snacks, and a full coffee bar to keep everyone energized throughout the day. We also offer health insurance and fun incentive promotions throughout the year to reward great performance.
Our office culture is truly one of connection and collaboration. Everyone steps up to help when needed, and we make sure to balance focus with fun. My puppy comes to the office nearly every day, adding to our warm and friendly atmosphere. We take pride in doing what’s best for our customers while creating a workplace that’s enjoyable, supportive, and full of laughter.
