Brandon was very responsive providing high quality customer service. He investigated a concern completing research to provide the most complete information possible. Brandon followed up with me a couple of times with timely feedback to make sure I had the detail and information to make an informed decision as I explored service options. The direct and personal service with one line of contact is rare to experience in the current big business environment in general. This State Farm office works to decrease the red tape and big business bureaucracy while still providing high levels of service with the resources of a long standing leader in the industry.
